Wilsons, the Prague-based independent law firm, and one of its partner, Jan Krákora, have secured wins in the annual Legal Awards presented by the magazine Acquisition International. Wilsons now carries the title ‘Best Real Estate Law Firm – Central Europe‘, while Jan Krákora’s recognition as ‘Corporate Finance Lawyer of the Year – Czech Republic’ completed the honors at the annual event’s sixth edition. Jan has been a member of the Prague office’s team since 2007, specializing in complex finance and investment transactions and related regulatory issues. Jan is also often involved in advising clients facing cartel investigations, merger control proceedings and antitrust-related litigation.
