The company Gals-Development has started façade work on the Wine House residential complex. Buildings in the complex will be completed with natural limestone facades on Sadovnicheskaya Street in Moscow. The total space created in the project is 16,000 sqm with a total of 176 apartments ranging in size from 62 sqm to 227 sqm. Work on the project began in 2013 and is scheduled to be available to clients by the third quarter of 2016 following an investment of more than €3.5bn. One of the buildings in the new development is a historic 6,500 sqm distillery that Gals-Development will restore as a club house that reflects the building’s former function, along with a residential component offering 41 loft apartments.
