Wing, the Hungarian property development and investment company, has acquired Infopark Building D in Budapest. The transaction was concluded through a Wing investment fund financed by Hypo Noe Bank AG. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The Infopark Building D was built in 2007 and offers 19,000 sqm as well as an underground parking garage with 353 lots. The property is fully leased. Main tenants include Strabag, DBH and IBM.
