Wing bought the Liget Center in Budapest. The office property includes 7,000 sqm of space as well as a 3,800 sqm auditorium. It also offers underground parking for 111 vehicles and bicycle storage. Wing is planning to upgrade the building, which was original constructed between 1948 and 1950 and renovated in 2002. It is currently fully leased. “We consider it our mission to preserve the Hungarian architectural heritage that defines Budapest, while finding new purposes for vacant properties,” said Wing CEO Noah Steinberg.
