Wing Zrt sold the South Pest Business Park for €29.1m. The new owner, represented during the transaction process by Diófa Asset Management, is Magyar Posta Takarék Property Investment Fund, which is Hungary’s second largest domestic open-ended fund. The city logistics scheme, located in the capital’s ninth district, is 90 percent occupied. The facility was constructed by Wing between 2005 and 2013 and offers 34,400 sqm including 22,900 sqm of warehouse space.
