Wing Zrt is developing an office project in Budapest. Gizella Loft will offer 8,500 sqm on a 3 ha site. Wing bought the property, which already houses an existing business complex, from Siemens last year. The developer is planning to renovate the site in multiple stages. Completion is scheduled for the end of this year. Gizella Loft will include e-car charging stations, showers, bicycle storage and a large interior park.
