Hungarian developer Wing has started building a 14,000 sqm industrial hall at East Gate Business Park in Fót, near Budapest, at the junction of the M0 ring road and the M3 highway. The project, called B2, will be added to the 25,000 sqm industrial property. The new hall will offer 2,000 sqm of leasable space. Completion is scheduled for this summer. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. “Our company is committed to create long-term value through developing real estate projects that meet the actual market demands,” said Noah Steinberg, the CEO of Wing.
