Wing is planning to open the Liberty office building in Budapest in 2021. The project will feature 42,000 sqm of space as well as electric car charges, 280 bicycle racks and a rooftop garden with a running track and streetball court. The office space will offer flexible and functional layouts. The developer is aiming to secure a BREEAM Excellent certificate. Cushman & Wakefield and JLL were named exclusive leasing agents.
