Wipro IT Services Poland has renewed its 1,700 sqm lease at Atlas Tower in Warsaw. JLL advised the tenant during the lease process. “For us, Warsaw is a very important and long-term business location. A specialized labor market and access to highly skilled IT staff are just some of the benefits of Warsaw. These factors encouraged us to develop our business further within the city,” said Jacek Fijałkowski, country operation head at Wipro. Atlas Tower is located in Warsaw’s Ochota district. The 28-story building includes 30,000 sqm of office space as well as amenities like restaurants, cafes and a fitness club.
