The Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air originally canceled flights from Belgrade for the month of April, but it has now extended this into May. The new schedule calls for Wizz to offer service from Nis Airport – South Serbia to Basel, Dortmund and Memmingen beginning May 15. Flights to Malmo and Vienna won’t get back underway until early June. Flights to Sarajevo are scheduled to resume in May as well as to Skopje. Air travel is currently prohibited in Serbia as is the entry of foreigners into the country.
