WMR Consulting is under contract to buy the the former Herald-Tribune building in Sarasota, Florida. The three-story, 72,408 sq ft building was listed for $13.5m. The Herald-Tribune moved next door to the SunTrust building in February 2017. The building is now vacant other than a portion of the third floor that is occupied by SNN News Now. Current zoning guidelines will permit the construction of nearly 190 residential units on the 3.8-acre site. The seller is Stephens Capital.
