Wolf Theiss is implementing a specialist system to support business devel-opment, which, based on marketing tools, will enable the firm to further improve its handling of client relationships. The system is expected to significantly speed up the preparation and circulation of documents, including in the offering processes. In line with their investment in modern IT solutions, Wolf Theiss Warsaw is continuing the recruitment process resulting from the planned staff increase following the relocation to the new office.
A recent survey by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) found that as many as 84 percent of large law firms are using experience management solutions, a significant advantage in an increasingly competitive market. The changes that Wolf Theiss is implementing are not only in step with global trends, but also give the law firm an industry lead by providing its employees with the latest and most advanced tools that not only support business development, but also streamline and automate internal procedures.
“The implementation of these solutions is crucial for us this year. It will allow us to offer quality client service at the highest level. Efficient, integrated tools make it easier to find and share information about the company, thus supporting strategic planning, business development processes and information management on the website, in offers, submissions to rankings and other documents. At the same time, the new support system is our experience base and allows us to manage content related to ongoing projects and compile it freely according to business needs. This reduces the time it takes to prepare offers or ranking submissions by more than 90 percent, giving us a competitive advantage. In addition to speed, another advantage of the new system is the increase in quality, which is always crucial in professional services,” says Mariusz Świetlik, Business Development & Marketing Manager at Wolf Theiss Warsaw office.
The system implemented at the headquarters is in keeping with the strategy of dynamic development of Wolf Theiss Warsaw, where more than 40 lawyers are employed as of 2021, backed up by a team of more than 30 people in support positions.
“We constantly observe and support the ongoing development of Wolf Theiss. We opt for the best solutions and the best specialists, which is why we already stand out in various markets throughout the Southern and Central European region. Wolf Theiss’s continuous improvement in its service quality is reflected, for instance, in the recognition of the Lawyer European Awards for 2021 in the category Law Firm of the Year: Central Europe” adds Doris Zeller, Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer from Wolf Theiss Vienna.
Wolf Theiss Warsaw also plans to significantly increase its workforce this year, which is possible thanks to the relocation of its Warsaw office to Central Point in the very heart of the capital at Marszałkowska 107, where it occupies an area of over 1,500 sqm with plans to lease yet more space.
“The new office, as well as the new tools, is certainly a boost that will positively influence the development of the entire business. As a team we think big and we still have some cards up our sleeve,” concludes Mariusz Świetlik of Wolf Theiss Warsaw office.
