Wood & Company acquired Galerie Harfa, which Lighthouse Group developed next to the multifunctional O2 Arena in Prague 9. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. Lighthouse Group will retain management of the shopping and administrative center for the Czech investment fund for qualified investors. Completed six years ago, the complex includes a 41,500 sqm shopping center with 160 units over three levels as well as 20,500 sqm of office space on 12 levels. The director of Wood & Company, Vladimír Jaroš, said the investment has potential for value growth thanks to planned development in the location. Karel Pražák, former PPF manager, owns land on the other side of O2 Arena, which he bought from PPF, the owner of the arena. Galerie Harfa is 90 percent leased, according to Lighthouse CEO Tamir Winterstein, with Marks & Spencer the only tenant leaving after five years.
