Live Oak Contracting has started construction on a $19 million apartment community in North Charleston, South Carolina. The new project, Solana on Rivers, will feature 202 units spread out over two buildings with a clubhouse, three garages, and resort-style amenities. The property is being developed by Middle Street Partners with Humphreys & Partners Architects LP of Maitland working as the architects. Completion is expected to take eighteen months.
