Wing has started the construction of a new 9,000 sqm hall complex at the East Gate Business Park. Already more than 30% of the area under construction has been leased, and the handover is expected in the second half of 2021. East Gate Business Park is located next to the M0 and M3 motorway junction and currently has around 123,000 sqm of hall and office space, with an additional 30,000 sqm that can be developed. Located 20 minutes from the city centre and close to the airport, with the boom in e-commerce makes it a prime location for many companies.
