Sky One, the tallest residential project in Košice, is poised to break ground this spring. The investor, Atomia Invest, first presented the project a year ago. The company purchased the headquarters of Tax Office on Garbiarska street in Košice, where it plans to develop a 14-story apartment building with 54 flats and 80 parking spaces. The investor has already torn down the old building and plans to launch a tender in February to chose a general contractor. Atomia Invest’s CEO, Štefan Petrušík, claims six companies have already expressed interest and estimates construction could start in Q2. The company also runs Atomia Reality.
