Work Service renewed its lease on 3,400 sqm of office at Sky Tower building in Wrocław for another four years. The HR company occupies the building’s top three floors. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. “Sky Tower is a landmark of modern Wrocław, the third largest office market in Poland. The convenient location near the city center, excellent access to public transport and services and a positive experience of cooperating with the landlord have all convinced Work Service to extend its lease,” said Krzysztof Misiak, partner at Cushman & Wakefield.
