Bezručova Invest started groundwork on the site of its planned high-end residential complex Bezručova Residence. The developer is building the project for a property fund connected to Poštova banka. The complex is to go up in Bratislava’s Old Town. Sales of the 78 flats were launched in November and interest in the project has resulted in the sale of one-third of the units. Ranging in size from 25 sqm to 156 sqm, the apartments are on offer at €3,200 to €4,300 per sqm. Matej Ceconik, the executive director of Bezručova Invest, says 90 to 100 sqm units are the most attractive. In a second phase of the project, due to get underway in June, a former hospital will be rebuilt and reconstructed for residential purposes. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2018.
