The foundation stone has been laid for a new €1.6m municipality administration building in Kotor Varos, part of Republika Srpska. Gradjus is the general contractor. Construction of the 2,360 sqm facility is expected to take 360 days. The site’s existing building was demolished before work started on the new admin building. The government has invested about €46m in the Kotor Varos municipality since 2006.
