Panattoni has started the construction of the third multi-tenant warehouse and production park in Bydgosz. The Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz III will offer 43,000 sqm. The first tenant is Reconext which leased 12,800 sqm. The company servicing electronic equipment will move into the park in January 2021 and will be able to increase its capacity and broaden its range of clients. The building is to be constructed to BREEAM Very Good certification standards.
