Around Inside has secured two construction permits that allow the developer to start reconstruction and adding a modern building to Obecní dvůr, a historical complex in Prague’s Old Town. The new building was designed by the renowned Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill, in cooperation with local architects TaK. The five storey apartment building will offer three apartments, two of which are split-level units apartments with terraces. Obecní dvůr is scheduled for completion by the end of 2015.
