Liberty Property Trust along with its strategic partner, Safanad Limited, has entered into an agreement to sell to the Workspace Property Trust for $969 million. The portfolio consists of 108 properties totaling approximately 7.6 million square feet of leasable space and approximately 26.7 acres of land. The sale consists of properties in Arizona, South Florida, Minnesota and Pennsylvania. At the time of the sale, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2016, the properties were 90 percent leased.
