World Bank, Genworth Financial extend leases at WFC

6 March 2015

World Bank and Genworth Financial renewed their leases at Warsaw Financial Center (WFC) for another five years. The two office tenants occupy a total of 1,200 sqm at WFC. World Bank has been leasing space in the project for the last 17 years.

ā€œIn their search for cost efficiency, corporations should stick with lease renewals, as long as the space is meeting their requirements,ā€ says Artur Lis, asset manager for the portfolio and asset management team at Tristan Capital Partners. Inmedio also took 40 sqm of retail space at WFC.

Located at the corner of Emilii Plater and Świętokrzyska streets, in Warsaw’s CBD, Warsaw Financial Center offers 50,000 sqm of space to 60 tenants. Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III acquired the project in 2012.
