WSE sees slight drops

The Warsaw stock market started today’s trading with slight drops. The WIG index fell by 0.29 percent shortly after the opening bell, while the bourse’s most liquid businesses dropped by 0.32 percent, coming in at 2524.36 points. According to the business website parkiet.pl, WSE is currently dominated by sellers, with many investors concerned the early-morning drops could deepen during a day.
Germany’s DAX index closed Tuesday with a 0.69-percent drop, while France’s CAC40 index fell 0.29 percent. Britain’s FTSE100 index, however, closed trdaing on Tuesday with a 0.15-percent gain.
