The Wspólna 47/49 office building in Warsaw was awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate. It received an Excellent rating in asset performance and a Very Good rating in building management. The project, located near Marszałkowska street, was completed in 2000 and offers 14,200 sqm, of which more than half is office space. There is also 131 underground parking spots. Wspólna 47/49 is owned by CA IMMO. Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager. “The BREEAM In-Use International certificate is a mark of distinction for Wspólna 47/49. It is a result of our hard work to maintain the building’s high standards and to ensure the best conditions for our tenants,” said Agata Wołos, asset manager at CA IMMO.
