Wyse Technology Investments acquired Channelside, a 325-unit apartment complex in Fort Myers, Florida, for $65.2m. The seller was Meyers Group. Completed in 2015, the property is a 20-minute drive from Edison State College, Southwest Florida College and Hodges University. Newmark Knight Frank facilitated the assumption of a Freddie Mac loan on behalf of the buyer. The property was 93 percent leased at the time of the sale.
