XBS Logistics has leased 9,000 sqm of warehouse space and 250 sqm of office space at P3 Błonie logistics park. The tenant was represented by Cresa Poland in the deal for this facility, which is located 27 km to the west of Warsaw by a junction at the A2 motorway. “Our firm keeps expanding at a very rapid pace and we couldn’t afford to wait for new facilities to be completed,” said Jacek Kołodziejczyk, Managing Director, XBS Logistics. “I am pleased that we have secured a suitable warehouse at P3 Błonie to further enhance our customer service,” added Kołodziejczyk. P3 Błonie logistics park consists of 14 buildings.
