XBS Logistics, the part of XBS Group, has renegotiated its 10,000 sqm lease at P3 Błonie. Cresa Poland represented the tenant. “We decided to remain at P3 Błonie, because our lease renewal fits in with our long-term strategy, the facility is suitable for our products, and we employ high-skilled staff here,” said Jacek Kołodziejczyk, managing director of XBS Logistics. P3 Błonie is a logistics park that’s located 27 km west of Warsaw, near the junction of national road no. 92 and the A2 motorway. It comprises of 14 buildings.
