XBS Logistics has renegotiated its 20,000 sqm lease of warehouse and office space at Hillwood Blonie II. The tenant was represented by Cresa Poland. The logistics center is located 38 km from Warsaw’s city center. The park will provide more than 85,000 sqm of warehouse space once fully built out. “The last months have been very intense for our company. During that time, we were confirmed in our decision for XBS Group to adopt a rapid growth strategy and deliver comprehensive services. We are glad that in these uncertain times we were able to assist our clients and confirm the stability of XBS Logistics by extending the lease of space in Blonie,” said Jacek Kolodziejczyk, managing director at XBS Logistics.
