Xella Polska, a green solution provider into the construction sector, took 1,000 sqm of offices at GreenWings Offices in Warsaw. The new tenant will move into the building in September. Cushman & Wakefield advised Xella in the transaction.
Located at 17 Stycznia street in Warsaw, GreenWings Offices provides 10,850 sqm of leasable space on seven-storeys. The investor, OKRE Development, has already secured its BREEAM certificate for the project. JEMS Architekci provided the design.
