Yardi signed a lease on 3,000 sqm at The Office in Cluj-Napoca. The building, developed by NEPI, in partnership with the businessman Ovidiu Sandor, is now about 50 percent occupied. Yardi is an American company that produces specialized software for real estate companies. Lori Collin, NEPI’s leasing manager, said the company is in advanced discussions with other IT firms interested in taking space at The Office. The first phase of the project offers 19,000 sqm. The entire project, scheduled for completion in 2016, will offer a total of 54,000 sqm of leasable space. The Office secured BREEAM Excellent certification for the first phase.
