Yareal Polska acquired an office building from Deka Immobilien GmbH. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Located at Kasprzaka street in Warsaw’s Wola district, the building served as the long-time premises for Kredyt Bank. The new owner said the 10,600 sqm building will be re-commercialized, with Colliers International, Woodlark and Brochocki selected to oversee the process.
Eric Dapoigny, president of Yareal, said one of the key reasons behind the acquisition is that the property is in the immediate vicinity of the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. “This part of the Wola district is developing to become Warsaw’s new business destination, as well as an attractive residential area, thanks to its proximity to the city center,” he said.
