A year after the construction started on the Oxygen Park office project in Warsaw, Yareal Polska has landed its first tenant. Healthcare specialist Merck signed a five-year lease on 2,500 sqm at the facility. The project is now under development on Aleje Jerozolimskie street, one of the capital’s prime office locations. The project’s first building is set for completion in the first quarter of 2013, while the second building is due in the four quarter of 2013. Oxygen will deliver 17,700 sqm of new office space and 400 sqm of retail and service space to the market.
