Yareal has started apartment sales for the first stage of its Soho, which it’s building in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district. The nine-storey building with cascading roofs is located at the junction of Żupnicza and Chodakowska street and will offer apartments ranging in size from 30 sqm to 100 sqm. All will be equipped with Fibaro smart home system. The building will include retail outlets, a lobby and a reception area as well as underground parking on two levels. Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci studio designed the scheme, which is scheduled for completion in 2021. Over 15 percent of the apartments have already been reserved.
