Yareal has started constructing four residential buildings called Rezydencja Iwicka in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotow district. The project will consist of 88 apartments in various sizes, offering a range of 27 sqm micro apartments and 40 sqm studio apartments to penthouses at 200 sqm. The Unibep construction company was selected as the building constructor for the project. Yareal’s residential investment will be located at the junction of Iwicka and Krasnolecka Streets. In the vicinity are situated Sielecki Park, the Morskie Oko Park and the Royal Lazienki Park. Rezydencja Iwicka will include three retail units, which have already been leased, as well as an underground car park with 110 parking spaces and a few dozen storage rooms. Rezydencja Iwicka has been awarded a BREEAM certificate for sustainable building with the highest Very Good rating. The investment is expected to be completed in the first half of 2022.
