The end of 2021 comes with new increases in apartment prices, Brasov being in the top of prices, according to imobiliare.ro.
After an increase of 1.9 percent in the autumn months, house prices recorded a positive evolution also at the end of 2021. According to the Imobiliare.ro index, the average amount requested for an apartment nationwide has increased by 1 percent in the last 30 days, from EUR 1,536 to EUR 1,551 per useful sqm.
“An important factor that contributed to the increase in apartment prices in 2021 is the rise in the price of building materials, in the context of the difficulties generated by the pandemic, but also by a sustained demand. The already completed homes, new or even old, were also indirectly affected “, said Daniel Crainic, Marketing Director of Imobiliare.ro
