JLL has completed a 324,000-square-foot lease transaction at Countyline Business Center in Miramar, Florida with an existing tenant, Floor and Décor Outlets of America. The deal is the largest industrial lease signed in south Florida this year. Located in southwest Broward County, the class A property consists of 545,000 square feet of warehouse, light manufacturing, and office space. The company’s lease of 183,000 square feet has been renewed, with an expansion of an additional 140,000 square feet within the building.
JLL’s Managing Director Steven Medwin SIOR, CCIM, Nick Wigoda, Senior Vice President, and Matt Maciag, Associate, completed the transaction on behalf of the property’s owner, IndCor Properties, which owns and operates a platform of premier industrial properties in key logistics markets. The tenant was represented by CBRE.
