YIT has acquired Bergamon, a six ha residential project with 800 flats in Bratislava’s Ružinov district. The developer plans to break ground on the site in 2016, with the first phase offering 100 units. YIT is currently redesigning the project, originally conceived by the Portuguese developer Mota-Engil, to include services, relaxation and sports zones and green spaces. The zoning permit allows for the construction of approximately 800 flats and five office buildings stretching along Bajkalska street, Mlynske Nivy and the D1 motorway.
