YIT has completed the construction of the first stage of the Parkur Residence residential project at Klobucka street in Warsaw’s Sluzewiec district. The Finnish developer has also obtained an occupancy permit for the building. In the first stage of the scheme, 132 apartments were constructed, with areas ranging from 27-90 sqm, as well as an underground parking lot, in which some parking spaces are adapted to charge electric and hybrid vehicles. The inhabitants will also have at their disposal an open roof garden. Additionally, a pocket park and a basketball court have been created as well as elements of small architecture including benches with points for powering mobile phones.
