In the newly launched Prague project Lappi Hloubětín between Kolbenova, Laponská and Granitova streets, the development company YIT has launched the sale of 209 Finnish-style housing units. There will be 98 flats in the Kemi stage and 111 flats in the Ranua stage – most with a glazed balcony, terrace or front garden. Their completion is planned for the third quarter of 2023. The Lappi Hloubětín complex, which is connected to the almost completed Suomi Hloubětín residential complex, will offer a total of almost 290 housing units and 8 commercial spaces in three stages.
The Kemi stage will include 98 low-energy flats in layouts 1 + kk to 4 + kk with sizes from 30 m2 to 100 m2, equipped with a kitchen unit, including appliances. A building with seven above-ground and one underground floor will be built at Kolbenova Street. Part of this stage will be 6 commercial spaces, in which their owners can open, for example, a smaller shop, pharmacy or hairdresser. The stage is named after the Lappish village with the only chrome mine in Europe and the largest snow castle in the world, which is reconstructed every year.
The Ranua stage consists of 111 low-energy units. New apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 5 + kk and sizes from 26 m2 to 137 m2 will be built in a house with eight above-ground and two underground floors. The inspiration for the name of the stage was a Lapland village with the northernmost zoo in the world specializing in Arctic animal species.
Most of the accommodation units in the Kemi and Ranua stages have a glazed balcony, a front garden or terrace, as well as a cellar. Most apartments will have a prefabricated bathroom. The use of this modern technology of construction from prefabricated parts means higher precision and better quality workmanship. The apartment buildings will also include garages, carriage houses and bicycle sheds, as well as areas for washing dogs and bicycles. As standard, new owners can choose from several variants of floor coverings and interior doors. A recuperation system will be installed in the apartments. They will also include preparation for remote-controlled window blinds (with the exception of the north façade). YIT plans to complete both stages in the third quarter of 2023.
“We are very pleased with the start of sales in the Lappi Hloubětín project, because we can adequately respond to the continuing demand for new apartments in Prague. We believe that everyone can choose from our varied offer – both singles and couples, as well as families with children who are looking for a pleasant and practical living in a safe environment within reach of nature, “says Dana Bartoňová, YIT Stavo’s sales director.
New residents will undoubtedly appreciate the excellent transport accessibility. The Kolbenova or Hloubětín metro stations are located just a few minutes’ walk from the Lappi Hloubětín project, and there are two tram stops right next to them. The journey to the city center takes less than a quarter of an hour. A great advantage is also great civic amenities: not only on site (shops and services in the neighboring complex Suomi Hloubětín), but also in the vicinity (eg medical facilities, swimming pool, post office or shopping center). Game elements, a cycle path and green relaxation zones will take care of pleasant leisure time in the new Finnish district.
The future residential complex Lappi Hloubětín, together with the almost completed neighboring complex Suomi Hloubětín, will thus become a modern city district with 1,200 flats and all the infrastructure.
