YIT sold all 106 flats at Turku Suomi Hloubětín in Prague 9 to a Finnish investment fund in a transaction worth CZK 500m. Turku is the third phase of the developer’s Suomi Hloubětín complex, following Espoo and Oulu. This is the largest residential project YIT is building in Prague. The latest flat sales will allow YIT to accelerate its expansion in the Czech residential market and to be able to finance new projects. YIT and Etera are shareholders of the YCE Housing I FI OY fund with 40 percent and 30 percent shares respectively. The fund is focusing on opportunities on residential markets across the CEE region. In the Czech Republic, the fund operates as YIT CZ Housing I.
