YIT has launched sales of flats being built in the third phase of Stein2, a residential complex in the former Stein brewery area in Bratislava. This newest tranche adds 72 new flats. Construction started in June and YIT hopes it will be able to secure use permit in September 2018. The flats are currently being sold at €2,700 to €3,900/sqm. Trend.sk reports that the price growth in Stein2 is in line with market trends. While the first phase sold at prices ranging between €2,300 and €2,800 per sqm in July 2015, the second phase cost €2,400 to €3,000/sqm in May 2016.
