YIT Stavo will complete a further two residential projects before the end of the year. They are the KOTI Victoria apartment building in Prague 3 and KOTI Troja in Prague 8. The developer has recently completed the shell on both and opened a sample flat in KOTI Troja. Vladimír Dvořák, the CEO of YIT Stavo, says 60 percent of the 83 flats have been sold in Troja, and nearly 50 percent of the 25 units were taken in KOTI Victoria. Both projects should be completed in December, with occupation permit to be issued in the first quarter 2013.
