The local subsidiary of the Japanese company Yokogawa has extended by another five years the lease of the space it occupies in the Novo Park business park, owned by Genesis Property.
The company has been based in Novo Park since 2007, being one of the longest-lived tenants in the business park located in the north of the Capital.
“In a further atypical year amid the Covid-19 pandemic, in which many companies are still working in remote or hybrid systems, Yokogawa has chosen to extend the lease until 2026. This extension is clear evidence of the long-term commitment of the company with which we have a solid partnership, for almost 15 years, but also of the confidence in the future, despite the context we are still going through ”, says Liviu Tudor, president of Genesis Property.
