Yusen Logistics, owned by NYK Group, has renewed its lease agreement on more than 15,000 sqm at the Goodman Toruń Logistics Center. JLL represented the Japanese logistics operator during the lease renegotiation process. Goodman Toruń Logistics Center offers 67,000 sqm of space for warehouse and light manufacturing purposes. The logistics center has a connection to the airport in Bydgoszcz, which is 50 km away. “The Goodman Toruń Logistics Center operates within the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. It is one of the most well-known economic zones in Poland, providing optimal conditions for development to a wide range of investors,” said Ludwika Korzeniowska, business development manager at JLL.
