AZ Tower, a 30-story highrise under construction in Brno, has reached the 18th floor. The developer Properity claims half of the office space in the building has been sold, with the rest under reservation. Of the 17 apartments planned, 12 have been taken, including the largest unit near the top that stretches across two floors, offering a total area of 330 sqm. The 111 meter structure is to offer shops, restaurants, a car showroom on the bottom three floors, while offices will be located on 20 floors. The top seven levels will be dedicated exclusively to residential. The flats are for sale at CZK 64,000/sqm. AZ Tower will cost the investors Properity and PSJ CZK 800m.
