Developer Zacaria recently sold four logistics fleets to CTP. The transaction will allow the Sibiu-based company to continue investing in real estate in Romania.
“Regarding our immediate plans, we will continue the development of new industrial parks, in the first phase in Sibiu and Piteși and, moreover, we will accelerate the construction of residential complexes, already having some land ready. At the same time, the capital infusion will be directed to new business lines that we want to open in Romania, especially in the retail sector “, said Jonathan Scifo Diamantino, CEO Zacaria.
In October of this year, the construction works will start on a residential project in Sibiu with 121 apartments, and towards the end of the year the beginning of the Valletta Tower project in Craiova is scheduled, which will have 191 apartments. In the first half of next year, Zacaria plans to build the second phase of the project located in Pipera, American Village, with 234 apartments.
