Zacaria Group is developing a new residential project for northern Bucharest. Valletta Residence will offer 182 apartments, ranging from two to four rooms, in six housing blocks with roof gardens.
Costs are estimated at €11m. The Maltese property developer recently started selling the flats. The first phase of Valletta Residence, a building with five floors and 40 apartments, is due for completion in March.
