Cresa South Florida, which operates offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, has hired Zachary Talbot as its new principal. Talbot will be asked to provide office and industrial real estate services for organizations throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties and assist clients through market analysis, site selection, and negotiation on their behalf. Prior to Cresa, Talbot was a broker at Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, focusing primarily on tenant representation. Talbot holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, where he minored in Real Estate.
