The €60m ZAL TechCenter for applied aviation research in Hamburg has officially opened. Ed. Züblin AG oversaw construction of the center, which offers 28,500 sqm of space and includes two hangars with modern laboratories and a connecting building with conference, meeting, exhibition and catering areas. ZAL TechCenter is part of the technological research and development network of the civil aviation industry for the Hamburg metropolitan region. It connects science, business and the city of Hamburg.
